Terms and Conditions

1. During the holiday periods, such as December and high demand appointments I will be taking deposits and or 50% costings of the treatment you have booked.
2. I charge £50 for consultations, which is redeemable against the treatment discussed.
3. I require 48 hours notice should you wish to cancel, to receive a full refund. 24 hours notice and you will receive 50%.
4. I do not price match or offer discounts, unless otherwise stated on social media or my webpage.
5. It is your responsibility to follow the advise I give you, following your treatment.
6. It is your responsibility attend your review, I reserve the right to refuse a further appointment.
7. I reserve the right to charge £5 for booking and cancelling your appointments for you.
